Every product on the website has their own formulation and can be viewed by going to the product's specific page and clicking Ingredients which will display a table of what is used in the product and their SAE number.

Yes, all products are eligible for a return. For the product to be eligible for return, it must be unused (can be opened) and shipped within 25 days of the order date. To start a return, email sales@hugzlaundry.com with the reason for the return (it can be any reason, it will help us improve customer satisfaction) and order number. Our team will then email a shipping QR code for the product to be shipped. Once the product is inspected and eligible for return, funds will be sent to the payment method that was used.

Currently we only ship to the US.
